Thank God for this past Resurrection Sunday!!

First of all thank God for the truth of Romans 10:9.
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

A couple of specifics blessings...

• In some of the classes there were more children in the first service than the second service.
• We have the great opportunity to serve many different families.  Families with one parent, families with children who have special needs, families that have been in the church for years, families that were in the church but have been out for a long time, families that have never been in church.  PRAY that we would help these families grow closer and closer together.  
• This past Tuesday, the pastors and deacons talked about the impact the children's ministry has had and will have on the recent increase in visitors coming to church.  I want you to know that I and the other pastors know that children's ministry in the local church is so much more than babysitting children while the parents are in church.
