This week is a review lesson.
A couple of things you could do for the day.
- Review the verses we have been learning.
- Review the books of the Bible
- Website with some books of the Bible reviews games http://scripturelady.com/5-great-games-to-teach-your-kids-the-books-of-the-bible/
- Review our missionaries from September and October
- You can get prayer letters and other information at www.emmanuelbaptist.com/missions.php
- You could do a mix and match with missionaries and the countries they are from
- Review what you have learned about Jesus since September.
- Jesus is the only Savior
- Jesus is to be worshiped
- Jesus was sent by God to save us from our sin.
- Jesus used scripture to help fight sin
- Jesus wants people to follow him.
- Review the Bible stories we have covered in the Jesus Storybook Bible, which should be in each room.
- Review the New Testament lessons using objects. Here are some suggestions.
- 09.07 - mini tree for Jesus' family tree
- 09.14 - a wrapped gift for the wise men's gift
- 09.21 - bugs and honey for John the Baptist
- 09.28 - water for baptism
- 10.05 - a Bible for Jesus' weapon against temptation.
- 10.12 - a fishing net or fish for the disciples leaving fishing to follow Jesus.
